		<description>I can totally agree with this after I read the Inman article comparing Foreclosure.com's accurate data over others.  I have been an investor for over 13 years and have used Foreclosure.com's services for a while now. Their data is very accurate and on a timely basis. I believe they constantly update their data daily, providing the info someone needs to get their investment going.</description>
