Both times on average staged homes sold in about half the time and for more money often tens of thousands of dollars as their non-staged counterparts.According to real estate guru Barbara Corcoran home staging can raise your selling price anywhere from 5 to 20 percent. .Example An Organized ApproachSM staged a home that was the last of five listed for sale in a development.

Solve the rent or own debate. Rent to own homes serve an important purpose in today's gloomy economy: They provide individuals the chance to determine if they'd be better off as tenants or homeowners.

Thank you for posting this. I'm and agent myself specializing in Jacksonville Florida short sales. If I hadn't carved out this niche for myself there is no way I would have been able to stay in the business the last few year. I think the real estate industry was and still is the cause of the recession.

Just know that by preparing for the worst, you can overcome the challenge of unpredictable liquidity. Remember, in the long run, investing in real estate is still your best shot at a higher return on your money. You need only know what you face going into the situation.

The advantages of renting to buy a house. There are advantages for both the titled owner and the lessor. If the buyer does not have the bank or credit worthiness to get a home loan but is still wanting to be a property owner then a rent to purchase deal is a great opportunity.

I think you should take a look at the Donna bauer website.
I attended the CAREI real estate convention Oct. 2 & 3 in Denver. It was the 12th annual event.
There were six excellent speakers each presenting a different investment program. Of course they were selling packages at the end of each one with the How To's, in video and contracts.

This is worth looking into! It was quite an experience to see the response to each speaker. There were 400-500 people attending. Well, I stood there at the end of each programs while 25-30 people spent $1500 - $2000 apiece to purchase the speaker's material, in about 20 minutes. The staff had three credit card machines. They were proceesing the orders all at once because there were some incentives to act the same day!

The program teaches how to buy and sell Promissory Notes in the current market. What is amazing is that they show you how to Line Up a Buyer for the Note before you pay any money. The spread can be a profit of $5000 to $25,000, or more. And there were Bridge Lenders there at the conference to assist the transaction

I agree your goals must be written down and reviewed often. If not, your chances of achieving them is very low.

David Lindahl, his brother Dan and his money handler Jeannie gave me the runaround for nearly 16 months on trying to partner with them on acquistions. These guys also continued to try to sell me on their products and mentoring while stalling or turning down deals for a partnership on. I have emails recorded and a personal witness.

I would be willing to work with them again IF THEY WOULD REALLY PARTNER ON A DEAL WITH US

ATTENTION: I am working on acquiring 2 large apartment complexes right now and we need either equity investors or potential principal partners who would take care of the donw payments and reserves. hpmi@ymail.com
