We recently attended a Real Estate Investment Club meeting, BRIC in Boca Raton, FL where Larry Goins was the featured speaker. He presented information on his Ultimate Buying and Selling Machine product. Larry is an affable speaker who intently engaged his audience of about 100.

We received valuable information and insights into Larry’s investing secrets. One of the most valuable tools Larry offers are his investing software programs. He uses technology to find and manage his property prospects. The property analyzer software alone seems to be worth the cost of his course.

He provided attendees with constructive information on how to search for properties using the internet, how to find and negotiate great deals, what to do when you become successful and how to stay there.

He is honest about why he wants people to learn and use his system so his students will buy and sell properties from him and his team. Larry stated that he has built an extensive investor network across the country and some of his students are located as far away as Europe and the Middle East.
