I am a student of Robert's and have been in real estate since I was 15 years old. I have written 3 books and owe it all to Robert. I have been fortunate enough to be thankful for information that was given to me. The only difference, is that I used the materials, and continuously do. It just doesn't sit on my shelf. The seminar speakers don't always tell us what we like to hear, but what we need to hear. Use the materials and ask tons of questions. Robert gives free mentoring support to every student, and I know if you used it you wouldn't be bitter. I will personally help you since I am in charge of the office for Robert, I welcome your call.

While attending the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Los Angeles, I bought Robert Shemin's "comprehensive" investing package. One of the big selling points for the package was a 3 day boot camp going over his course. Instead of a boot camp where we were going to go in depth into his system. We found ourselves in a 3 day seminar for Russ Whitney's people to try and sell us even more expensive courses. Highlights included a rude main speaker belittling the audience, as well as a "helper" who was supposed to give us advice, yet he himself had never bought an investment property, and also being assured that the 3 day course we were taking was actually free and we would not be able to get our money back. Plus now they call and try to sell me on their mentoring program. Fool me once....
