Dean Novosat

Dean Novosat is a prolific writer who draws upon his own experience with his writings. He caught the real estate investing bug when he bought his his first house - a true fixer-upper.

When Dean purchased his first house, he was primarily looking for a cheap place to live. He bought an abandoned one-room schoolhouse built in the 1800's and spent almost a year remodeling it. It turned out beautifully and sold it for quite a profit. He was hooked on real estate from that point on.

He realized that real estate investing has enormous profit potential, especially foreclosures. He attended a few seminars, but gained most of his investment knowledge through reading books and especially ebooks. He learned quite a bit while completing renovations on his first home as well.

Dean has since bought and sold multiple properties for a profit and has started investing in the foreclosure market and is always looking for his next deal.

Dean believes he is successful in real estate due to his ability to think on his feet and make good decisions on a moment's notice. He also makes his decisions without emotion. He has seen many beginner real estate investors buy a house because they love it and then regret it later because they do not make a profit. Dean says you should be able to walk away from a deal when you know it will not make a profit.

Dean is a respected computer consultant and real estate investor. He resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his family.
