Dwan Bent-Twyford, the Queen of Foreclosures, learned the foreclosure business the old-fashioned way, by knocking on doors. Her motivation to become an investor came out of sheer desperation. She went through a divorce and found herself a single mom not wanting to raise her child in daycare. She needed a career that would allow her the freedom of working from home and raising her daughter at the same time. Investing in foreclosures was the perfect solution. She made $22,000 her first deal and never looked back.

Her initial goals were to be able to pay the bills on time and to be with Ayla, her daughter. After closing a few deals, her goals changed. She realized how lucrative real estate investing could be and how she could help people in the process. As her wealth progressed, she wanted to teach others what she had learned. She wanted to enhance the quality of people's lives. Ultimately her goal became to help others achieve what she has achieved. Dwan believes when helping others is the main goal, the money will come as a result.

Dwan is determined to assist folks in a helpless situation get a fresh start. Being in foreclosure is one of highest levels of stress a person will ever go through. Dwan has talked to thousands of homeowners and most of them feel hopeless and lost. Dwan assists people in starting their lives over. She shows them how they can rebuild their credit and more. The power lies in the hands of the individual. Dwan was very determined because she was worried about being broke again. Her drive was intense and she in turn became successful. Dwan currently handles every aspect of wholesaling, short sales, buying, rehabbing, marketing, and financing foreclosures and distressed properties.
