Heather Seitz

Biography

Heather Seitz contributed to several industries prior to becoming a full time real estate investor and business owner back in 2002.

In her first year in real estate, Heather was able to buy and sell over $3 Million in real estate, speak nationally on a variety of platforms, and align herself with successful people and partnerships across the country. She currently owns several businesses, markets multiple information products nationally, and continues a successful investing career.

Heather lives by the philosophy that in today's world of multiple streams of income vs. paychecks, domain names instead of company names and your first million instead of a retirement fund, that goal setting, time management, and leverage are more important than ever. To truly take advantage of everything that is available to you today, learning to make time work for you rather than against you is the only way to maximize your potential.

Heather is dedicated to bringing quality training and information to people in both the real estate industry and the seminar promotion industry and is the founder of Interviews with the Experts, a weekly series bringing industry leaders from all over the globe to the living rooms of entrepreneurs each and every week.

Heather is also the co-founder of the Next Level Institute, an education-based marketing company that is committed to setting the standard in information product development, education marketing and the seminar business in it's entirety. In 2005, the company successfully launched two divisions - (1) Real Estate and (2) Seminar Marketing and Promotion - and plans to take their model across multiple platforms in the near future including, but not limited to, information product development, internet marketing, and the stock market.

Heather has the unique ability to take in ideas from all around her and apply marketing principles, business strategies, and tactics across countless industries. Heather is also a "big thinker", constantly looking toward a big vision.

I heard a teleseminar with her not long ago, there were some recycled tips on investing, heard nothing new. The course seems very expensive considering I did not hear any new ideas. I would not buy her products

She makes her money off her webinars every week, pitching products to newbie investors that may or may not (usually) need the products that she pitches. She is following the Josh Brown marketing plan on webinars. She is probably very knowledgable but her motives are obvious. Rather than make money in real estate, why not try to make more off of all of the wannbe investors who do not know better.

I have found Heather to be very helpful and great to work with on various levels of investing and product creation. She does offer students a wide variety of information products but frequently reminds people to find their niche and NOT go buying everything on the market. She is constantly refining information to the changes in the market. From my experience, Heather is one of the ones that walks the walk. She often encourages people to make sure they have multiple streams of income which is probably why she does webinars as well as continues to be active in real estate investing, product creation, etc. Additionally, if you actually look, she offers sooo much information for free, through numerous program and websites, that anyone who really wants to learn and take action can achieve great things working with Heather. I guess it has to do with whether you are a wealth whiner or a wealth miner...

Total Rip OFF, You think if someone invest in probate should be able to give ideas and clues on how to get info fronm the courthouse records. They don't even give and advice or ideas of marketing to nuring home s they mention in the course. I support suck!!

I've listened to many of Heather's webinars and bought several of her training programs. She's the real deal and she absolutely had great customer service. I had an issue with something and when I sent an email to ask a question, I got a PHONE call with help through my situation. I've never heard of that happening. SHe really cares and has great people on her team. I appreciate the trainings she has done and I've been listening to her weekly trainings for over 4 years (before it was a copycat business) when she was one of the only people providing the trainings for people for free.

Don't do business with Heather Seitz! She is after the money and that is ALL. I ordered Shaun McCloskey's short sale course through a Heather Seitz guest webinar. I actually had possession of the course for about 2 weeks and returned it well within the 30 day grace period. I am still trying to get a refund to my credit card. Also, they do not give any return info in the package so you must get the address yourself. So they had my money and the course. Her 30 return policy is a joke. Hold on to your wallet if you do business with these people. They have no morals whatsoever

Heather Seitz
@Michael Baldwin - This information is inaccurate. Our refund policy is 30 days from the date of order. It is stated on the website prior to purchase and in the package he was sent. Mr. Baldwin did not return the product in this time frame. In good faith, Shaun McCloskey was in communication with him to provide him with the training of his choice (at the time he posted this review, in fact). When we were notified that he ultimately demanded a refund and would not accept an exchange product as he had indicated he would before (on August 23rd), he was refunded. He received notification on August 25th that his refund had been processed, yet went on to file a fraudulent chargeback. He received both an email and a phone call on which he spoke with our assistant. When you purchase a product, it is your responsibility to get it back on time. You most certainly could have overnighted the package and met the deadline.

@EHarris - Our office actually got on the phone and called several courthouses and newspapers for this customer. He simply didn't follow through with the steps that were provided to him.

A total of 9 reviews so far.
