James Gage

James Gage has undoubtedly become one of America's premiere authorities on Creative Real Estate Investing and Negotiating. Gage originally began working in a variety of career fields from a paramedic to a Federal and State Arbitrator for over 15 years. In addition to his real estate and legal expertise, Gage holds a vast amount of credentials including an accounting degree, financial & estate planning background, and IRS Arbitrator. Gage has also appeared on hundreds of radio programs across the nation.

Gage, like many "rags to riches" stories begin, started out with no money, a desire to succeed, and a great amount of common sense. With these ingredients he was ready to pursue his dream. Within a very short time, he mastered the real estate market and began creating concepts and techniques that are the backbone of the Gage Success Formula.

In the early stages of his real estate investing career he obtained his real estate license and began to sell properties.
