Larry Goins

Larry H. Goins is a real estate investor, mentor and speaker. Larry is the co-founder and oversees operations of Investor's Rehab, Inc., a real estate investment company that buys and wholesales 10-15 houses per month to other investors at 70% of ARV. He is also licensed as a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals and a member of the National Association of Mortgage Professionals.

Larry entered the real estate investment business as a means to achieve financial independence and create wealth for his family. He subscribes to the mantra, "You must see it before you can become it."

He is sincerely concerned about his students' success and believes that the desire to be successful must be followed by "massive action." Larry's main philosophy is to put people and principles before profits and when that is done, everyone profits.

Education is crucial in gaining real estate investment knowledge. Larry has purchased many real estate investing courses and still invests in education materials on a monthly basis.

Larry Goins is driven by the art of negotiating a deal and creating an automated way of conducting real estate investment business. Over the past few years, Larry has served as President (2003 & 2004) of the Metrolina Real Estate Investors Association in Charlotte NC, a not-for-profit organization that has over 350 members and is the local chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He is also an active real estate investor and speaks at various Real Estate Investment Associations about investing and finance.
