Leonard Person

Leonard Person is the CEO of Heaven Homes LLC. He runs his own investment venture where he proceeds to expand and succeed continued success. Leonard has an acute business sense and intense entrepreneurial spirit to become head of one of New York's rapidly growing real estate companies.

Person is the published author of Hood Estate, a manual outlining tips and strategies for both potential and current home-owners on different ways that they can invest money, maintain good credit and gain a profit. Person provides anecdotes and "how-to" advice on buying, flipping, and selling houses leading to wealth and success.

While attending business school, Person became inundated with the task of balancing class work, and the responsibility of taking care of younger siblings as the head of the household. Needing to supply financial support for his family, Person was forced to forgo college and enter the workforce. Ultimately unable to handle the combined anxiety between the two responsibilities, Person and his mother were forced to auction their home. It served as a life lesson in self investment and money management, as well as a spark for Person's desire to conquer real estate.

Fate would soon cross Leonard's path, when a chance meeting with mortgage consultant, Ravin Jagoo, opened his eyes to the lucrative business of real estate development. Ravin had the dream life that Leonard wished for him and his family - a successful job, various properties across the country and a well-off lifestyle. Inspired by the early success Jagoo possessed and the harsh reminder of auctioning the home he grew up in, Leonard's mother recruited him to jump on board with her as a sales agent for Capital Homes Investment Company.

The pair grew to be the company's best employees. Building his knowledge of real estate from ground up, Leonard eagerly closed deals, recruited new properties, fixed mortgages and supplied cash flow for the business. Experiencing the financial freedom carried alongside a successful business, Leonard soon gathered up his resources to resign and start his own investment company, Heaven Homes, LLC. Realizing the potential within the Tri-State realty market, Leonard quickly moved his business to include money management and credit repair. He is based in Englewood NJ, and currently has two offices in New York.
