Biography

Mike Collins has over 20 years in the real estate investing business. He has found almost 700 single family homes to turn for a profit.

Mike is well know as the author of Wholesaling Houses for a Living. Through his many years of experience, he has learned how to focus on advertising and marketing to earn huge profits by flipping and wholesaling properties.

More recently he has turned his attention to the Internet. Over the last 4 years he has created lead systems that have resulted in the purchase of over 70 houses personally. His new passion for Internet lead generation resulted in the generation of hundreds of thousands of leads for wholesalers, rehabbers and hard money lenders.

Mike believes strongly in the power of the internet to generate property leads. He strongly urges beginning investors that the internet is the best way to find the best leads for the highest profits.

I took the Mentoring with Russ Brantmyer through this office. SAVE YOUR MONEY! NO JOKE!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took mentoring with Russ Brantmyer for only three days in Tampa and before training was over I had a contract, and when I left I rehabed another and rented it out and I'm working on my thrid property I loved the training and would tell everyone about how it was for me,but I worked it and Russ's training worked for me . Thats all

I paid his group about $500 to get some one-on-one mentoring. All I got -- no joke -- is some annoying phone calls from some 20-something kid who knew less than I did. I protested after a few weeks of this, but they said I'd already paid and that was that. I did reach a more senior person to whom I said Why do you keep pushing me towards doing wholesale deals when that's not in my business plan? (They didn't want to even give me advice on rehabbing or flipping or anything else, just wholesaling.) His reason? Mike Collins has a "big ego" and he wanted to get more of us little people to go out and find him fresh listings for his website that was going to beat out everyone else. For his ego????? I'm supposed to work my ass off doing something I don't want to do for some guru's ego???? Hell no. Please, if you do anything, avoid this guy. He's a horrible speaker, too. Yuck. Check out Lindahl or Charrissa Cawley. Much better, and give actual, usable information.

Save your money and stay away from anything associated with Mike Collins. He brings nothing new to the table and if you are half way serious about Real Estate investing you already know what he is teaching. Unfortunately I lost over $500 on this jusnk befor I learned the hard way. DO NOT even consider Mike Collins for Real Estate education.

You know what's funny about this guy is that he was soo stuck in telling his "clients" that short sales and loan mods were an impossible dream in the sky about 6 months ago and now he is promoting those "gurus" who specialize in this. Furthermore, he's getting paid very well to do so. I was really turned off by his negative attitude about this- at one point, he pretty much called an attendee he was stupid if he thought that was they way to go. Also, he was so "random" at his seminar that you really had no idea where to go with the information! Don't pay this guy--get with Charrisa Cawley, Chris Chico, arry oins--anybody but him!!!!!

I also spent my time with Russ Brantmyers mentoring program for four days he flew out to Dallas Texas and for thoses of you who have anything to say negitive about what he teaches you must have bend sleeping.I learned more about the day to day wholesaling from him then I have gotten from all the books and videos and CDs that I have purchaced over the years all in just four days. One on one thats what it was he made sure I understood what I needed to know about my business in my town. So all these negitive things I just read about, they must have been sleeping or dreaming. I came across this page by accident. Mike has wholesaled & or flipped well over 600 contracts. I've learned everything necessary just off his site & videos. One still has to put effort out to make it all work. Though it took 6 months to get a contract signed I never once thought it was Mike's fault. I also didn't put out a lot of effort. I stuck up a couple signs out once a month at my closes intersection a block away. I collected a $3,000 check as a result. Coop

BUYERS BEWARE! I spent $6,000 on mentoring plus travel and it was the biggest joke, no help and I knew as much as Russ B. If he was any good he wouldn't drive a piece of crap. Open eyes.... THIS IS FUNNY>>>>> When I tried to confront Mike the receptionist told him I was there, and we caught him running out the back door, got in his car, yelled at a women and drove off like a pussy. Mike, got to hand it to you, THIS WAS A FIRST CLASS HEIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Traing was pathetic. $3k into the cons pocket. Their own sales person told me that i should have a refund..which I have still in my e-mail. But the very "successful Mike Collins..just could not part with. Dear Mike and Adam.enjoy it I still have that e-mail from AMY SMITH
