Peter Vekselman

Peter Vekselman is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. He has owned and operated numerous businesses that have made him millions. His companies included a vending machine business; a credit card processing business with over 100 employees in 11 offices nationwide and one of the largest mobile home brokerages in Atlanta.

Peter started investing in real estate in 1996 when he was running his mobile home dealership. He wanted to develop a great lifestyle for himself and his family and knew real estate was an excellent way to achieve that goal.

He recommends that anyone interested in a career in real estate investment find a mentor and coach you can trust with proven credentials. In real estate, there is a tremendous upside, but mistakes can be costly, even devastating. Peter believes that investors need to have a long term vision to ensure their success.

Peter has been involved in real estate as an investor, contractor, developer, and lender for more than a decade. He has bought and sold more than 700 properties and his construction company has handled more than a hundred projects. As a private lender, he managed a portfolio of more than $5 million. He holds a degree in finance from Miami University.
